Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 3 June 2025

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

• You can cancel your order if it hasn’t been dispatched by contacting us at localkarigarteam@gmail.com or +91 70887 17883.
• Once dispatched, the order cannot be canceled, but may be eligible for return.
• You can raise a request for cancellation within 2 hours of placing the order. After 2 hours, we are preparing the order for dispatch, and cancellation may not be possible.

2. Order Cancellation by Local Kariger
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

• Unavailability of stock
• Payment failure
• Incomplete or fraudulent information

3. Refund for Canceled Orders

• If the payment was made online, the refund will be credited to the original payment source within 7 business days.
• You will be notified via email/SMS once the cancellation is confirmed.
